By submitting a booking request or completing any payment, the traveler accepts the terms outlined below.<\/p><h2 data-start=\"1158\" data-end=\"1193\"><strong data-start=\"1160\" data-end=\"1193\">1. General Booking Conditions<\/strong><\/h2><ul data-start=\"1195\" data-end=\"1747\"><li data-start=\"1195\" data-end=\"1303\"><p data-start=\"1197\" data-end=\"1303\">All reservations must be requested through our official channels, online forms, email, or payment links.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1304\" data-end=\"1437\"><p data-start=\"1306\" data-end=\"1437\">A booking is considered <strong data-start=\"1330\" data-end=\"1343\">confirmed<\/strong> only after payment of the required deposit and written confirmation from Descubre Viajeras.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1438\" data-end=\"1513\"><p data-start=\"1440\" data-end=\"1513\">Quotations do <strong data-start=\"1454\" data-end=\"1461\">not<\/strong> guarantee availability until payment is received.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1514\" data-end=\"1633\"><p data-start=\"1516\" data-end=\"1633\">Prices are based on the travel dates and may vary due to changes in service costs, taxes, or supplier availability.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1634\" data-end=\"1747\"><p data-start=\"1636\" data-end=\"1747\">The traveler is responsible for reviewing and accepting these Terms &amp; Conditions before confirming any booking.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h2 data-start=\"1754\" data-end=\"1776\"><strong data-start=\"1756\" data-end=\"1776\">2. Payment Terms<\/strong><\/h2><ul data-start=\"1778\" data-end=\"2132\"><li data-start=\"1778\" data-end=\"1854\"><p data-start=\"1780\" data-end=\"1854\">Bookings require a <strong data-start=\"1799\" data-end=\"1810\">deposit<\/strong> as specified in the quotation or program.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1855\" data-end=\"1926\"><p data-start=\"1857\" data-end=\"1926\">Final payment is due on the date communicated in your confirmation.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1927\" data-end=\"2021\"><p data-start=\"1929\" data-end=\"2021\">Failure to pay by the deadline will result in automatic cancellation without prior notice.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2022\" data-end=\"2132\"><p data-start=\"2024\" data-end=\"2132\">Payments may be made via bank transfer or through secure online payment links provided by Descubre Viajeras.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h2 data-start=\"2139\" data-end=\"2183\"><strong data-start=\"2141\" data-end=\"2183\">3. Traveler Documentation Requirements<\/strong><\/h2><ul data-start=\"2185\" data-end=\"2624\"><li data-start=\"2185\" data-end=\"2311\"><p data-start=\"2187\" data-end=\"2311\">Travelers must provide full legal names, nationality, and passport or ID details exactly as shown on their travel documents.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2312\" data-end=\"2453\"><p data-start=\"2314\" data-end=\"2453\">For international travel, passports must be valid for <strong data-start=\"2368\" data-end=\"2389\">at least 6 months<\/strong> beyond the travel dates and contain <strong data-start=\"2426\" data-end=\"2452\">at least 6 blank pages<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2454\" data-end=\"2525\"><p data-start=\"2456\" data-end=\"2525\">Hotels may require identification for all guests, including minors.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2526\" data-end=\"2624\"><p data-start=\"2528\" data-end=\"2624\">Minors may only check in when accompanied by a parent\/guardian, or with notarized authorization.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h2 data-start=\"2631\" data-end=\"2674\"><strong data-start=\"2633\" data-end=\"2674\">4. Health, Safety &amp; Travel Conditions<\/strong><\/h2><ul data-start=\"2676\" data-end=\"3087\"><li data-start=\"2676\" data-end=\"2828\"><p data-start=\"2678\" data-end=\"2828\">Travelers are responsible for ensuring they meet all health requirements for travel (vaccinations, medical certificates, COVID-related rules, etc.).<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2829\" data-end=\"2946\"><p data-start=\"2831\" data-end=\"2946\">Weather conditions, strikes, political situations, or health restrictions may require adjustments to itineraries.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2947\" data-end=\"3087\"><p data-start=\"2949\" data-end=\"3087\">When such events occur, Descubre Viajeras will offer alternatives based on availability (date changes, refunds, or service substitutions).<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h2 data-start=\"3094\" data-end=\"3128\"><strong data-start=\"3096\" data-end=\"3128\">5. Liability &amp; Force Majeure<\/strong><\/h2><p data-start=\"3130\" data-end=\"3233\">Descubre Viajeras is <strong data-start=\"3151\" data-end=\"3165\">not liable<\/strong> for events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:<\/p><ul data-start=\"3235\" data-end=\"3497\"><li data-start=\"3235\" data-end=\"3296\"><p data-start=\"3237\" data-end=\"3296\">Natural disasters (earthquakes, storms, floods, tsunamis)<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3297\" data-end=\"3364\"><p data-start=\"3299\" data-end=\"3364\">Acts of war, civil unrest, terrorism, or government regulations<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3365\" data-end=\"3413\"><p data-start=\"3367\" data-end=\"3413\">Strikes, labor disputes, airline disruptions<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3414\" data-end=\"3458\"><p data-start=\"3416\" data-end=\"3458\">Health emergencies, epidemics, pandemics<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3459\" data-end=\"3497\"><p data-start=\"3461\" data-end=\"3497\">Any event considered <em data-start=\"3482\" data-end=\"3497\">force majeure<\/em><\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"3499\" data-end=\"3596\">In such cases, services may be adjusted, rescheduled, or replaced according to supplier policies.<\/p><h1 data-start=\"3603\" data-end=\"3628\"><strong data-start=\"3605\" data-end=\"3628\">6. Airline Ticket Conditions<\/strong><\/h2><ul data-start=\"4007\" data-end=\"4399\"><li data-start=\"4007\" data-end=\"4071\"><p data-start=\"4009\" data-end=\"4071\">Fares are only guaranteed once the airline ticket is issued.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"4072\" data-end=\"4139\"><p data-start=\"4074\" data-end=\"4139\">Airlines may modify fares at any moment due to dynamic pricing.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"4140\" data-end=\"4224\"><p data-start=\"4142\" data-end=\"4224\">If a ticket is not issued on the agreed date, availability and price may change.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"4225\" data-end=\"4399\"><p data-start=\"4227\" data-end=\"4298\">Tickets may be voided <strong data-start=\"4249\" data-end=\"4296\">only on the day of issuance until 6:00 p.m.<\/strong><\/p><ul data-start=\"4301\" data-end=\"4399\"><li data-start=\"4301\" data-end=\"4347\"><p data-start=\"4303\" data-end=\"4347\">Domestic void fee: <strong data-start=\"4322\" data-end=\"4345\">USD 20.00 + 18% VAT<\/strong><\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"4350\" data-end=\"4399\"><p data-start=\"4352\" data-end=\"4399\">International void fee: <strong data-start=\"4376\" data-end=\"4399\">USD 30.00 + 18% VAT<\/strong><\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><h3 data-start=\"4401\" data-end=\"4443\"><strong data-start=\"4405\" data-end=\"4443\">Refunds, Modifications &amp; Penalties<\/strong><\/h3><ul data-start=\"4444\" data-end=\"4770\"><li data-start=\"4444\" data-end=\"4503\"><p data-start=\"4446\" data-end=\"4503\">Most tickets are <strong data-start=\"4463\" data-end=\"4500\">non-refundable and non-endorsable<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"4504\" data-end=\"4577\"><p data-start=\"4506\" data-end=\"4577\">Modifications incur penalties defined by each airline and fare class.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"4578\" data-end=\"4690\"><p data-start=\"4580\" data-end=\"4690\">Full passenger details must match the passport exactly; once issued, <strong data-start=\"4649\" data-end=\"4687\">name corrections are not permitted<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"4691\" data-end=\"4770\"><p data-start=\"4693\" data-end=\"4770\">For corporate travelers, RUC numbers must be provided before ticket issuance.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h2 data-start=\"4777\" data-end=\"4810\"><strong data-start=\"4779\" data-end=\"4810\">8. Hotel Booking Conditions<\/strong><\/h2><ul data-start=\"4812\" data-end=\"5233\"><li data-start=\"4812\" data-end=\"4886\"><p data-start=\"4814\" data-end=\"4886\">Once confirmed, the hotel reservation will include a payment deadline.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"4887\" data-end=\"4958\"><p data-start=\"4889\" data-end=\"4958\">Failure to meet the deadline will result in automatic cancellation.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"4959\" data-end=\"5052\"><p data-start=\"4961\" data-end=\"5052\">Changes to reconfirmed bookings may incur a <strong data-start=\"5005\" data-end=\"5021\">100% penalty<\/strong>, as determined by the hotel.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"5053\" data-end=\"5233\"><p data-start=\"5055\" data-end=\"5233\"><strong data-start=\"5055\" data-end=\"5084\">Cancellations &amp; No-Shows:<\/strong><br data-start=\"5084\" data-end=\"5087\" \/>Written requests must be sent to <strong data-start=\"5122\" data-end=\"5154\"><a class=\"decorated-link cursor-pointer\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"5124\" data-end=\"5152\">hola@descubreviajeras.com<\/a><\/strong>.<br data-start=\"5155\" data-end=\"5158\" \/>If a reconfirmed reservation is cancelled, a <strong data-start=\"5205\" data-end=\"5221\">100% penalty<\/strong> will apply.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h2 data-start=\"5240\" data-end=\"5297\"><strong data-start=\"5242\" data-end=\"5297\">9. Tours, Circuits, Experiments &amp; Pre\/Post Packages<\/strong><\/h2><ul data-start=\"5299\" data-end=\"5707\"><li data-start=\"5299\" data-end=\"5442\"><p data-start=\"5301\" data-end=\"5442\">Tours and circuit prices are calculated based on travel dates and may vary due to taxes, supplier adjustments, or operational requirements.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"5443\" data-end=\"5523\"><p data-start=\"5445\" data-end=\"5523\">The traveler must review and understand the program terms before confirming.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"5524\" data-end=\"5612\"><p data-start=\"5526\" data-end=\"5612\">Itineraries may be modified to ensure the safe and optimal operation of the program.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"5613\" data-end=\"5707\"><p data-start=\"5615\" data-end=\"5707\">Optional tours or flights purchased through third parties are the traveler\u2019s responsibility.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h2 data-start=\"5714\" data-end=\"5761\"><strong data-start=\"5716\" data-end=\"5761\">10. Responsibilities of Descubre Viajeras<\/strong><\/h2><p data-start=\"7178\" data-end=\"7330\">Descubre Viajeras acts as an intermediary between the traveler and service providers (airlines, hotels, operators, transportation companies). Therefore:<\/p><ul data-start=\"7332\" data-end=\"7619\"><li data-start=\"7332\" data-end=\"7431\"><p data-start=\"7334\" data-end=\"7431\">We are responsible for arranging services but not for the performance of third-party providers.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"7432\" data-end=\"7526\"><p data-start=\"7434\" data-end=\"7526\">Any claims related to service quality will be addressed in coordination with the provider.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"7527\" data-end=\"7619\"><p data-start=\"7529\" data-end=\"7619\">Travelers must comply with all provider rules, safety instructions, and local regulations.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h2 data-start=\"7626\" data-end=\"7655\"><strong data-start=\"7628\" data-end=\"7655\">14.
